Arsenal FC has just made a formal bid for Matias Suarez. The news was posted at Twitter and ESPN Soccernet on Januray 6, 2012 at 15:39.
Matias Suarez was born in Argentina and is a forward and winger for RSC Anderlecht. He started his professional career with Belgrano.
During his time with Belgrano from 2005 to 2008, he scored 13 goals within 55 appearances. In 2008, Suarez signed with RSC Anderlecht where he scored 25 goals within 96 appearances.
Suarez appeared in the 2011 UEFA Europa League where he has scored seven goals and two assists. Arsenal expressed interest in him and it remains to be seen what will happen.
