Manchester City and FC Barcelona will face each other in the Round of 16 UEFA Champions League [UCL] in February and March. The first leg will be held in the City of Manchester Stadium in England on February 18, 2014.

The second leg will be held at Camp Nou Barcelona, Spain on March 12, 2014. It is expected to be a great match for two powerhouses.

Barca is first in the 2013/14 UEFA Ranking with goalkeepers such as Victor Valdes, Jose Manuel Pinto and Oier Olazabal. The club boasts of stars such as Lionel Messi, Neymar, Cesc Fabregas, Gerard Pique, Sergip Busquets, and Andres Iniesta.

It remains to be seen whether Lionel Messi can participate fully in the UCL after recovering from an injury. In case Messi is unavailable, Neymar will most likely play a predominant role along with Fabregas and Iniesta.

Pinto will not be used in this match with Valdes taking over as goalkeeper [GK]. Olazabal may be used as a last resort in case Valdes is unable to perform his GK duties.
