Mikhail Osinov of the Second Division South of The Russian Premier League wants to play in England. Osinov made these declarations in a commentary published in Russia Today.
Osinov managed to score for the FC MITOS Novocherkassk team in less than 3 seconds after kickoff. Osinov beat Fred's (Brazilian Soccer Star) record of 3.17 seconds in his teams' match at Olympiya Gelendzhik.
Osinov was told that the British media including The Sun had reported on his goal. Osinov asked the English Premier League to invite him to play.
The question is what team from the Premier League can accept Osinov in their ranks. The only negative is that Osinov is in his mid 30's.
The positive is that Osinov has a 19 year career with teams such as Uralmash, FC Rostov, and Rotor. During his career, he scored 70 goals within 400 matches of the Russian Premier League.
My suggestion would be for Manchester City to send Carlos Tevez to Russia in exchange for Mikhail Osinov. The reason is that Osinov would be a blessing for Manchester City and Tevez could prosper in Russia.
A win win situation for all of the parties involved.
