Chelsea and Arsenal are facing each other this Saturday at Stamford Bridge. While the rivalry between their coaches Jose Mourinho and Arsene Wenger has cooled down, the heat is up.

The Blue Nation is currently in first place in the Premier League [EPL] with 20 victories, six draws, four losses, 56 goals for, and 23 goals against. The result is a goal differential of 33 and 66 points.

There is a revitalized team lead by a charismatic coach who adds psychological warfare against the opponent. Chelsea is blessed with the presence of Juan Mata, Cesar Azpilicueta, and Samuel Eto’o.

The possibilities are great to lift the EPL cup even if it does not win the UEFA Champions League [UCL]. With Chelsea on a consistent and disciplined path, the fan base and the owner Roman Abramovich appears to be content with the status quo.

The Gunners started the current EPL season with the signing of Mesut Ozil and scoring. On the way, it appeared that Arsenal has been the victim of high expectations in the beginning of the season.

While there is consistency in the matches, there have been losses and wins intermittently. There is also the reminder of the lack of silverware within the last decade.

The Gunners are currently in third place with 62 points behind Liverpool. There are 19 victories, five draws, five losses, 53 goals for, and 28 goals against.

The following result leaves Arsenal with a goal differential of 25 in the current EPL table. Arsenal must be advanced in midfield and defense if it wants to defeat Chelsea.

The prediction is

Chelsea 4-2 Arsenal
