Malaga FC appears to express its interest in Giovani Dos Santos to the tune of $7.3 million. The report as reported in Caught Off Side, AS, and TalkSport has Dos Santos moving to Spain and La Liga.

The news comes at a time when Dos Santos announced that either the Spurs release him or he will take the free agent route. As stated previously, Dos Santos deserves to leave the Spurs for Malaga FC.

We will discuss what happened and how the parties involved can win.

Giovani Dos Santos

The world football website Goal has a video showing Dos Santos scoring a fantastic goal during his country's [Mexico] match against Brazil. Please feel free to see it.

Why was the decision made to show the video? It is a crime that the Tottenham Hotspur [including Harry Redknapp] never used this talent in any Spurs match.

Giovanni Dos Santos signed with the Tottenham Hotspur from FC Barcelona in the year 2008. Since then, Dos Santos has languished in the club with loans to Ipswich Town and Racing Santander.

It appeared that the previous coach Harry Redknapp did not appreciate Dos Santos. It appeared that Redknapp wanted the attacker to just sit in the bleachers and do nothing.

The attitude of Redknapp toward Dos Santos was a disgrace to the club. It also left Dos Santos' career gradually declining since he was not producing.

Dos Santos knows that and wanted to go to La Liga where it appears he is more appreciated. Malaga FC offers Dos Santos the possibility of competing in their club as well as the 2012-2013 UEFA Champions League.

Malaga FC

Malaga FC is in need of strikers and players for its 2012-2013 La Liga season. Giovani Dos Santos will be appreciated in this club and the opportunities will be present for him.

The club is also emerging from the shadows of traditional rivals FC Barcelona and Real Madrid. Dos Santos will also be a part of this latest chapter in the Malaga FC chapter.

Tottenham Hotspur

Andre Villas-Boas is willing to make changes as new coach of the Spurs. He would part with many players such as Dos Santos in order to sign new players.

The purpose would be to make the Spurs a better team in The Premier League. It would also help the Spurs sign more players and remain within the Financial Fair Play Act recently approved by UEFA.

Dos Santos will leave the Spurs this summer with all of the parties involved benefiting.
