A review of the second part of the Hexagonal and its participation by the USMNT [United States Men’s National Team] is needed. The purpose is to discuss the October 2013 matches between the US, Jamaica, and Panama.
The results and predictions that might arise from this article take into account that the September matches are pending. They may change depending on the results between the US, Costa Rica, and Mexico.
The USA currently is in first place in the Hexagonal with 13 points. The Stars and Stripes have played six matches with four wins, one loss, and one tie.
They have seven goals for and three goals against for a differential of four. The US Soccer team managed to win the 2013 CONCACAF Gold Cup and defeat Bosnia-Herzegovina in a friendly match.
It was predicted in a previous article that the US would lose to Costa Rica and win in Mexico. The same predicament may occur for the US in Jamaica and Panama depending on the location and teams.
Jamaica and the US will face each other at Sporting Park in Kansas City, Kansas on October 11, 2013. Jamaica is currently in last place with four losses and two ties in six matches.
Jamaica has two goals for and eight goals against for a goal differential of minus six. They have two points on the Hexagonal board with a possibility of losing to Costa Rica and Panama in September.
Jamaica will attempt to score at least to note some accomplishments in the Hexagonal. In the end, Jamaica may lose to the United States and not qualify for the 2014 World Cup.
Panama is a different country with regards to its future match against the USA. Panama is next to last place in the Hexagonal with six points.

Panama may not classify for the 2014 World Cup but pride can define matches. Panama will give the USMNT a lot of resistance with the match going to extra time and penalties.
It will be there when fatigue on both teams may affect their capacity to play. Panama may prevail in this match although the US will classify.
